2 Temporary Suspension of Provision of Services on the Website

Bourbon shall not be liable for damage, etc. incurred by customers due to such suspension.

In addition, not only the rights pertaining to Information which are currently known, but also rights which may arise to Information in future shall all belong exclusively to Bourbon, regardless of areas, kinds or nature of such Information, and Bourbon uses such Information for any and all purposes including commercial purposes, without paying consideration to the provider of Information, and without being subject to any restriction.

Customers, regardless of whether its operation entity is a group, company or individual person, may freely create a link to bourbon.co.jp (Such creation of a link must be made only from websites on the Internet. Please notify Bourbon accordingly).
Bourbon may, however, reject the creation of a link from any website which Bourbon finds falls under any of the following categories. Bourbon may also reject links, regardless of whether they are requested in advance or after the fact.

8 Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction
