What are diversity and inclusion (D&I)?

People in the organization accept each other’s attributes, such as gender, nationality, age, and so forth, from equal standpoints, and the organization as a whole continues its activities with a sense of unity and with a way of working that allows people to participate according to their individual characteristics and abilities.
Bourbon’s policy on the promotion of D&I
Bourbon’s aim in promoting diversity is to achieve the maximization of the organization’s results and individuals’ results through a series of activities.
Employees with diverse backgrounds, such as different genders, ages, nationalities, personal and family situations, and experience, work together in the company.
We think that in this situation, by each and every person accepting each others’ characteristics and continuing plans and efforts to maximize the use of each others’ abilities, the optimization of work and improvement of productivity as well as the creation of new goods, services, and added value will be stimulated, and in addition, this will lead to the maximization of the organization’s results and individuals’ results.

- (4) Improvement of the proportion of people who take annual paid vacation
- (5) Improvement of the average amount of overtime in a month by employees in administrative departments

- (7) Promotion of the employment of people with disabilities
- (8) Continuing improvement of the satisfaction level of employees
